koodo selfserve will not allow me to update my credit card information and has locked me out of network access

i have been trying to update my CC info with your self serve for months. every time I try to update it tells me “the service is unavailable at this time.”

every time i call or attempt to get help from the AI assist (no assistance but running in circle pretending its helping) it does not understand the issue i am having and disconnects the call or conversation before i get a resolution.

 

i want to give you my money, but you wont let me. why wont you let me update my CC info!?

Have you tried clearing out the cache and cookies on your browser? What about using a different browser or device?


Me too the Way the system is running is not as usual.

It asked me to enter all my crédit card information  card number ,expiration date and security code (3 digits).

Once entered nothing hapens and the phone blocked.

After another trial it asked me for my crédit card Pin number ( what a fu...  system).

If something happens with my personnal informations Koodo is responsable.My username has now been changed and i am not able to log in.

Just to confirm, are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

And are you currently residing outside of Canada or using VPN by any chance?

Is the security code request from credit card company or Koodo payment system?

Hi ​@gmoney69, if you cannot update your credit card information in your online account you can schedule a callback via the Koodo Assist as our team can help add it to the account.

Hi ​@OREEDOcanada, where are you filling out your credit card information, is it in your Koodo Self Serve or through a different service? The card PIN is not requested or required to add your credit card. If you’re concerned about your card details we’d recommend contacting your bank as soon as possible to block it.
