I setup my Son and Daughter phone plan for $23.95 on the sameday 2 months ago. Now Son phone plan is increased up to $36.95. I want to know why? And need to speak to Koodo rep to adjust my Son phone plan.

Did you check your previous bills? There may be a notice at the bottom of the last page of your bill letting you know of the rate increase.
+4There are many possibilities for the price changes, I recommend you check the page 3 of your PDF bill and see what is in it. There might be a accidental roaming fee or something else
