A few months ago Koodo added 5 bucks to my 3 phones. Now they changed one of my plans and added another 6 bucks without asking.I cannot change the plan for another month as they just did and theres a wait period to do it again. Thats not right.

If they increase the price of your plan, there would be a notice at the very bottom of the last page of your pdf ebill the month before the increase.

If you’d like to review options to change your plan you can chat with Koodo’s Expert Messaging service at https://koodo.com/chat and they can help review some options.

By changing one of my plans i am now paying $10 more then my other plan which has more data.Looks like they changed the plan and added international data.Didn’t ask for the change, they just did it and i cannot change it back as its locked for another month.

I had a similar thing happen - no notifications of the plan change on the previous bill, and the transaction history indicated somehow that the plan expired on May 2, and then they just switched the plan to a more expensive one.

just an update - I did find a notification about it on the February bill, but it’s not really adding up. The notification was that the march bill would increase by the amount that I saw, but then it didn’t take effect until May, so it didn’t show up on the march, nor the april bills.

@megandy yes the increase should have happened in March, but are you upset they didn't increase the price of your plan earlier?

Got hit with the increase back in March at $5 each on my three phones. My new increase of $6 was on one of my phones but not the others, one being $10 cheaper with more data.

@kcsunshine if it is a price increase the plan should be the same. There would be notification on one of your previous two bills
