STOP SENDING ME BILLS I DONT OWE I AM NOT A KOODO CUSTOMER ANYMORE YOU GUYS SHOULD LEAVE ME ALONE THIS IS HARRASSMENT

I assume you are a postpaid customer

Did you ever receive a cancellation confirmation email? Without one the line may still be open, or it did cancel and the final bill was left unpaid. A bill after cancelling isn't unusual by itself, the last month gets prorated and any remaining Tab balance shows up there. More on that https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/your-koodo-bill-after-you-cancel

You should still have Self Serve access for 90 days after cancellation. I would download the PDF bill in the billing section and check page 3, it usually spells out what the charges are for.

It is possible that you have an outstanding balance on your final bill. If it is indeed a valid charge, it will eventually affect your credit rating and the debt will eventually be sent to a collection agency.

To avoid any incurring late payments on your bill, I would suggest you to check your Self-Serve account as soon as possible. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/your-koodo-bill-after-you-cancel

To confirm, when you left Koodo did you transfer your phone number to another provider or did you cancel the account by calling a rep?

If you successfully cancelled the account either by porting the number to another provider or cancelling through a rep, you would receive a final bill from Koodo outlining any remaining balances. This would have to be paid. If the balance remains, then you will be followed up with until the balance is either paid or is sent to collections. The longer you wait for the balance to be cleared, the more it effects your credit score. More details can be found here: Your Koodo bill after you cancel | Koodo Mobile

You weren't informed that there would be a reconnection fee? If you were disconnected, you'd have to be reconnected to port out. So it should have been in the final bill you get that is generated after porting out / leaving.
