issue with first bill - 23.75 promotion

I purchased the 23.75 plan (which I believe is the $45 plan with discounts) and my first bill was $40. I have a $3 partial charge for one day then the full month which is $40 - 11.25 and another -0.75.
will this be credited in future months?

First bill is typically higher compared to normal one due to extra fee from a partial billing period. You can find more information here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/your-koodo-bill-after-youve-activated-a-new-account-or-added-a-new-line? Normally you can check the pdf bill in selfserve to see more detail.

Also, since the pre-authorized payment credit can only applies to a full billing cycle, you might not receive it for the 1st period

Hi @Alpo925

We have looked into it and we can confirm that your plan is $45, and there is a 25% that you get for 24 months. Your plan is also eligible with the pre-authorized bank payments discount, which apply automatically starting with the next bill coming after setting up automatic payments in self serve.

Your first bill includes a proration, however discounts and bill credits only apply for full billing cycle, they do not apply for partial billing periods.

Starting with the next bill, the autopay discount will apply as long as the pre-authorized bank payments remain active, and  you will also get the 25% discount on your plan for the next 23 months.

Please let us know if you have further questions.
