I cancelled international calling as I do not use it, yet I was charged for it on my last bill despite the cancellation.

@Willie53 Sounds like you cancelled some feature but that doesn’t mean international calls are blocked.  If the call is on your invoice then you or someone else must  have made it. 


Did you remove the payperuse international calling addon? Or did you remove any long distance addon that you had?

And which country did you call to? If it was a US number, you can block calling it. Koodo postpaid subcriber can still call any number with the country code +1
