My past 2 bills have increased by $3. I am seeing that I was charged $3 in add-ons. I never agreed to any add-ons. In addition, they're saying they're international add-on charges. I was in Europe during the last billing period but never used my Canadian SIM. So I don't understand where these charges are coming from and how I can be billed. I would like to dispute them but can't seem to find a way to do so. The chat bot doesn't understand and I can't find anything else but this community. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to continue to pay for add-ons I never agreed to and haven't been using.

Do you have an add-on for making international calls? If that is what you have now, the price has increased. You can refer back to the last page of your bill that was sent to you in February or March and read the fine print.

This is what you would have seen:

Update to your 1000 International Long Distance Minutes feature.

Update to your 1000 International Long Distance Minutes feature. Starting in March 2022, your feature rate will increase from $0 to $3. In accordance with the service terms, you accept the change by continuing to use the service. If you do not agree with this change, you may cancel your feature without penalty within 30 days of the effective date of the change.

If you do not want to continue using the add-on, you can simply remove it from your Self-Serve account.

@Andrea72 In late 2020 when you opened the line the feature you refer to was part of package. Unfortunately prices have gone up and we can no longer offer this service at no cost.  @MilkyWay is correct and if this feature is not something you would see yourself using pls remove it from your account online.
