incorrectly charged roaming fees

Hello, I was incorrectly charged roaming fees despite not leaving canada. The first charge of 16$ on January 30 2026 and again in April 2026 for 64$. I would like the charges and any interest removed please as it is an error.

Koodo only allows 30 days to dispute any erroneous charges.

If you want to still dispute this, you will need to request a callback via Koodo assist, but I wouldnt be optimistic.

But, Jan 30th is for roaming charge.

April 2026 for $64- did you get charge for 4 roaming charge?

 

You need to set your roaming off and select Koodo for network selection to prevent future charges.

Hi ​@CP1, as mentioned above, charges can be disputed in 30 days of a bill being issued. We’ve checked the charges on your May bill and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
