Incorrectly charged 2x roaming charges

I was incorrectly charged $18 for roaming charges on both April 18, 2026, and April 14, 2026 -- totally $36. I never turned my roaming on for these two days, and would like a refund please. Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing you traveled outside of Canada during those days.

To make disputing easier, have you checked your usage in self-service to see which service the foreign carrier reported?

Can you go through this areticle and let us know what triggered your roaming?

Was it talk, sent SMS, or data?  If it was data, how much data was recorded to be used?

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since this happened due to data leakage.
