Incorrect Roaming Charge On Bill. Please Remove.

We have looked into and we can see there is a charge triggered on September 19, is this the one that you are referring to?

Yes my apologies I had the wrong date. Charge on Sept 19 should be removed. Thank you.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since they were triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the updated amount due your self serve account when you get the chance.
