I was charged March 28 for easy roam and I did not leave the country. Please reverse this incorrect charge

I will flag a rep to take a look. Just make sure you're logged into the community page using your self serve credentials and they can take a look. They will respond here as I have.
Going forward, to avoid these kind of charges, make sure to turn off roaming in your device settings and changing your carrier selection from automatic to manual and then koodo. This should help in future, just note that if you turn the device off the settings may have to be reset when you turn it back on. More info can be found below. 🙂
