Inaccurate billing charge with easy roam

Hello,

I have been inappropriately charged for a US roaming package, please remove from my most recent bill.

Hi there,

If the charge has appeared on your most recent bill, you can dispute it through your Koodo self-serve account. You can follow the steps in the link to dispute the charge, it will be reviewed within 4hrs. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill?

Going forward, to help prevent this in future, I suggest you turn off roaming in your device settings and change your carrier selection from automatic to manual and then Koodo. Note if you reset the device, you may have to change these settings again.
