I sent money to pay my bill yesterday from my mobile banking app, and it still hasn’t shown up on my self serve. My payment is due on the 24th. Will I be charged extra if the bank doesn’t send the money in time?

If you’re making your payment through your financial institution’s online or telephone banking, please ensure you allow 3-5 business days for your payment to get to Koodo. Since the weekend is almost upon us, your payment may not make it through on time. A credit card payment will reflect on your account immediately.
