I would like to cancel my home internet, and the number provided can not be reached from my location. I have permanently relocated overseas.

To cancel your Koodo home internet service, here’s what you need to know and how to get started:

  • Your request to cancel is immediate.

  • Refunds apply. You’ll be refunded for the remaining days left in your bill cycle.

  • You’ll need to return the equipment provided by Koodo, otherwise equipment charges will apply. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email with instructions for a super easy return.

  • Once you cancel your Koodo Home Internet subscription, it can’t be restored or resumed. If you change your mind, you’ll need to buy it again.

As you have already attempted to connect to a rep through Koodo assist but can’t, I will flag a rep on here to help with cancelling your Koodo internet.

Make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve account and they should be able to assist. Note that once you cancel the service, you will be required to return the equipment or face an equipment fee unless you can have someone return it for you. Once cancelled, you will receive an email with a shipping label to send the equipment back.
