i was tryinh to download my previous bill i click on download and iy says downloaded but I got nothing

I tried many times but It says downloaded but each time I got nothing to see

Hi ​@Mehak, have you tried downloading it on a different device or with a different browser? If you have a pop-up blocker or a VPN active, we’d recommend turning it off then trying again.

Are you sure you are searching the correct Downloads folder?  Did you change the downloads folder to a different location?
