I was charged wrong Easy roaming

When you through the article linked below, can you find what what triggered the roaming charge?

In my Bill it shows the ER/VC. 

I  always  turned off the data before reaching border and I do not pick any call while I roam in US.

For the Day and time of the ER/VC entry, do you see an accompanying call entry or sms sent?  Or Data used? according to the steps in the article?

Yeah It is showing one call but I did not crossed the border at that time. I was in Canadian Border.

We have looked into it unfortunately, we were unable to find any Canadian usage within the timeframe the charge was incurred, only the call that you mentioned about, which according to the usage details, was made while the phone was connected to a US network.
