i was charged twice in JANUARY
Firstly, please remove your images. Within the images you have presented your full name and primary chequing account number. This is a public platform for anyone to see and obtain your information. If it won’t allow you to remove the images, I can flag a rep to do it for you.
Secondly, when you check the January PDF bill does it show the double charge? You can do this by following the steps in the article here:
Note that this December payment is for your November bill. Your December bill would have payment near the Jan 2.
