I was charged for roaming by mistake

I was not in the US, but near the ocean in BC and it said it was going to charge me and my wife $16 for roaming. Please reverse this charge.

Do you see the charges on your bill yet?

The message/ roaming warning and actual charges are different.

If you see the charges on your bill, then you can submit " review the charges"

Log into your self serve > billing > support > " ask us to review a charge". They will response to you.

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower.
