If your bill is past due and you need to restore your service, you should be able to set up a payment arrangement on your Self-Serve account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/past-due-bill

So to confirm, you have a due bill however you cannot access your Koodo self-serve account to pay it. Is that correct? It is hard to tell from your question.

Koodo representatives will not contact you by email or take payment via email. However, if you’re having difficulty getting into your Koodo self-serve account to pay any owed balance, we can help you here.

If that is the case, have you setup your koodo self-serve before? And when you go to login, does it provide you an error message?

Yes, I have a self-service account with Kudu, but I can't log in, my mobile phone is stopped and I can't access my email. The mobile number is required, a vicious loop, the password can't be changed except for the email that doesn't work without the mobile number, and if I'm serious about paying, I know I'm very late, but it wasn't in my hands.

Hmm ok, that sounds like your account was suspended due to non-payment. In that case if you want to quickly regain access to your services I suggest calling #227 on your phone. Even if you are suspended the call should go through to koodos billing dept. From there you can pay the outstanding balance over the phone and be reactivated.

Regarding the self serve account, once you have access again to the number you should be able to reset the password.

Where can I provide you with information such as my email, mobile number, and contract code to facilitate your search process, and thanks from the heart just for trying to help me.

You can dial #227 to reach out to the billing department.

No problem 🙂 I myself are not an employee, most members on the community are not. However, we can provide you with the information you need when you have a question or if need be, can notify a rep on this platform to help.

reps on this platform however do not accept bill payments. I suggest calling #227 as I suggested to speak with their billing dept and get reactivated. If you can’t reach someone when you call, I can flag a rep on here to assist with your self serve,

Sir the chip is not working and it has been out of the device for months can it work if you return it to a device that is not known for its relation

Yup, you can insert the sim into any device. It does not matter if it is a different device than the one it came from.

Have you been contacted by a collection agency? If so, it is no longer handled by Koodo.

If your SIM card is not working and it has been more than 90 days, it is likely you no longer have service. You can borrow a phone from a close friend or family member, schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to that number, and speak with a rep about your outstanding balance. https://Koo.do/Chat

Today at 5:30 pm someone from Kudu will talk to me but like every time either the call is very long and I am waiting for my phone to stop working because of the high temperature of Avon Today I have a good feeling that I can solve things and thank you for your time and everything you guided me to I saved so that if we don't reach a solution I text the numbers you provided

Hi, just to confirm, are you a prepaid or postpaid customer, if you dial *611 from your Koodo line, can you hear any thing about your account balance?

I am a client after the defense and a number of outstanding bills I want to pay them all or about the call from the debt collection agency I don't know if they called or not

If you have not used koodo in more than 3 months and you have an amount owing, and you had collections reach out to you, I would deal with collections directly.

Note that the payment amount with collections is negotiable. And make sure they agree to mark any negative credit rating entry as paid.

If I am transferred to a debt collection agency, how do I get my mobile number back after payment?

If sent to a collection agency, then the account would have been closed. If that is the case, then after some time the phone number would be available for someone else to choose. In this scenario you would have to talk to another koodo rep and see if they can reactivate the account but it may not be possible, it would depend on how much time has passed.

I would wait and see what the rep says when they call you later today as this may not be the case. They would be able to tell you if you have been sent to collections or not and whether they can reactivate the account once it is paid.
