Got a call from Koodo a couple months back and he couldn’t activate the SIM remotely so had to mail me out a sim card. Just received in mail months later and have been getting billed for Koodo and I’m not even signed up for it. I want them to cancel the billing but can’t get ahold of someone to get this taken care of.

They sent you a SIM? Or you bought a SIM at a store and tried to activate it with a rep? 

"I’m not even signed up for it." 

If you didn't sign up for the service, then they can't send you a SIM…

It is confusing... but you need to set up a call back through the chat - you can type cancel the service, then need to talk to a rep.
