I don't know how few calls you make per month.
But they have an add on call " US Unlimited minutes for $15/mo( billing cycle).
Or, you can add " International LD Saver" for $5/mo. It will make your calls $0.05/minutes. If you make calls to USA under 200 minutes, then this add on would be better
