I did make 2 or 3 promised payments of $ 82.40 in April~May, but they do not seem to be reflected on my bill which is why I am reluctant to pay in full.
I have financial stability to pay the bill now, but I would like a detailed breakdown of my bill reflecting those payments as I think I am being robbed of $ 164.80 or more.

Please log-into your self serve and download your PDF bill. You will see all your charges and payments there.
If you pay your bill close to the bill date, the amount may not reflect in the bill it's already generated. But it should be on the next month bill. If you are talking about April - May bill, you can check Nay- Jun bill as well.
Also, you can check payment history through self serve. Is there your payment show in the he history?

Further to Mayumi’s comment, have you followed up with your bank? Did they say that the payments went through?
