Hi, I’ve recently transferred out from Koodo, but I have a credit on my account. Could somebody please help me to get this credited back to my CC on file?

How much money does Koodo owe you? If it’s more than $5, the refund will be automatic. If you previously paid by credit card and the card is on file, that’s how you will receive it.
