I closed my account but still have a credit on my account?

If an account is cancelled, a refund is processed after the closing date of the final bill and is sent to the payment method set up on the account (this applies for refunds of at least $5). If no auto-payment method was active while the account was active, then, the refund is sent by cheque to the address on file.
