I can’t pay my bill with my visa  card . I called the bank it shows all info are the same name , address etc 

 

Yesterday I arranged a call . And I got ball back from Koodoo . They told me the department that doing this is not working . Says Koodoo will call me back this morning  from 8-9 am . But I  got no call . Could anyone help ?

I am trying to pay my next bill . It still can’t go tho . And I have double check with my bank my card and info are the same . How can I do now ?

You could try to dial *611 from your Koodo number and select the option 1 to pay if you really need to pay now. Otherwise, it seems there was some issue with information of the card. (It might be your name as the rep mentioned above).


Last time Jodi info me that ther sales rep type mistake . It show th at my name has two G with fengg.  I want to pay my bill yes . And I have no idea how hard this could be . 


It shouldn't be that hard, that's for sure 😊

@IronPanda When can we get in touch with you today? We don’t see a payment attempt made on our end. Your last 2 payments were done via bank. 


Today anytime pls . I really want to slove this . It took me 5 hrs and not done . Yes I paid my last two bills with bank . Becoz both time you guys told me that I should use bank first and you guys will change my info for me

Hi there thank you guys for the help . But May I speak to someone again . So I went back to CIBV which is my bank . They don’t see any thing that is blacking . So they don’t even know I were try to using my visa. Maybe the ere are something more we could try ?

Tired . So this time . Twice . It don’t even ask me to use my card . I used my bank account to pay full already . So I tired to pay $5 for now . And before it will ask me for my card info . This time it didn’t ask just went to the page says

Our payment team has checked and the payments should now go through with this card.

We’d recommend trying again later and if possible, please try with a different card.


I don’t even has the chance to use my card . After I type the amount I want to pay . It jump to the page head up. 
 

before I was able to use my card to try and it says not working . But now I don’t even has the chance to type my card info and my info

It seems there was a glitch who prevented the payment from going through, however this has been fixed and you should no longer have issues with the payments made with this card on your Koodo account.
