Due to Koodo fraud my credit card was cancelled. Now I have a new one and I need to add it to my account

you can remove the existing card and add the new one as a new method of payment

The self serve does not accept password and never opens. I have spent all last week to change my credit card from a Koodo scam. You say leave call back and no person responds just the same old crap. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am looking for another mobile service but unless you contact me I won’t be paying you a cent. I will gladly meet you in court. Have you tried to clear out the cache and cookies on your browser? What about using a different browser or device?
