How to Profile Update

Hello,  as there is no Costumer Service phone number,  how do I update my profile name  as it is wrong. When I opened the home internet  account,  the representative did not do it correctly.

I have tried on Self care,  but no options.

How can some one from Kodo help me?

Hi ​@JuanCa68, we can see you’ve spoken to an agent on March 23rd and they already modified the last name on your account. Is this another error or are you still seeing the original misspelling?

Hi Georgia.   Yes, I have contacted them back them. but they seemed that did not understand the spelling on my  Last Name, event hough I clearly spelled it correctly.

My last name should be *****O.  Right now its *****L

Can you please rectify that for me and thank you.

I am trying to switch mobile services providers to KOODO MOBILE as well,  but I believe that  for that simply error on my last name on this account It does not match my credit card to proceed.

I highly appreciate the service to this matter.
