I just came to Victoria several days ago. I got a Koodo telephone card yesterday. When I want to prepay the bill online, the system told me that I have to have a Canadian credit card. Can I repay my bill in a Koodo store? Thanks.

If you have an international CC, then you can call in and ask them to register it on their system.
