How to contact customer rep after leve Koodo

I have left koodo half month ago, but Koodo deduct the payment of whole month and hasn't issued final bill.

Digital assistant keeps asking phone number and said number is not match???!!

It never transferred me to a rep

We have looked into it and according to the account details, the final bill should be ready in your self serve account around May 8- May 9. Any applicable partial adjustments should appear on that final bill.

I just got the final bill and there is a negative balance.

May I know if it will deposit to my account automatically?

As per the cancelation article, you should the refund should be sent to the payment on file in case of pre-authorized payments. For any other payments method, a cheque should be mailed to the address on file  https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/things-know-about-cancelling-koodo
