Hey! I got a text saying I was charged roaming fees when I retuned to Canada from the US. But I should have easy Roam activated for the US. Please confirm, I want to ensure I was not incorrectly charged for the day I used my phone! 

If you login into self serve do you see any roaming charges? Has your bill been generated yet that covers the period of your trip?


no charges appear, I just got a text so wanted to check. I have easy roam for the US so I just want to make sure it was active and I am not charged incorrectly 


If you see US Easy Roam in your plan’s add-on section when you login to self serve, then  you should be good
