how do i contact customer service after canceling my account?

We might be able to help here on the community, just to double check, are you referring to refund of the credit on your account after the cancelation?

If so,  the refund is usually processed within 7 days from the first bill after the cancellation in there was a pre-authorized payment method on the account and if the amount that is refunded is above $5.

 Otherwise, a cheque will be issue and sent to the address on file (this refund method will take longer, usually 4-6 weeks from the final bill)

But I cant really receive a cheque because I moved out of Canada…

Is there anyway to receive the refund through my original method of payment? I paid with a credit card, but it wasn't an automatic payment. I paid every month with my Canadian credit card..

in that case as you do not have a Canadian number anymore and have already left Canada, you will need to reach out to a rep through Koodo’s social media pages to discuss switching the method of refund.

The correct links to the profiles can be found at the bottom of this page and clicking the logos for Facebook or X(twitter).

You may even be able to add the card as a preauthorised payment as you still have access to self serve, but this may not guarantee that the refund will be issued there as this would be the first time setting it up. I suggest you send them a private message and see what they say. 🙂
