On my account, it show $0 balance.

And i have data plan only. so how can i set up the call back function?

I can not receive phone call on my number.

The current tab balance is $0, however, there is still a remaining tab bonus. You should be able to see the details under the Koodo tab page https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/the-koodo-tab-page-in-self-serve

The starting tab and tab bonus balance can be viewed on the service agreement that can be downloaded in self serve https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-customer-service-agreements-csa
