Hi there,

If you download the PDF bill from your self serve for the months of the increase, it will outline all of the charges. You can do this by following the steps in the link, it will tell you why the bill increased.

When you do, do you see anything different from February and March as opposed to January such as any additional charges etc?

I have set up auto pay but the $10 credit for auto pay is not adjusted in my new bill.

Hi @Smalaki

We have looked into it and the current payment method is not eligible for the autopay discount, you would need to switch to pre-authorized bank payments in order to receive the autopay discount. Once the pre-authorized bank payments are enabled, the discount will start applying with the next billing cycle.
