Hi i got disconnected cause was late fir my paiment but i did sent 200 last week and still no service . I cant login to koodo cause i never register i always pay through my bank account. Now im trying to get a hold of someone but this f$#%# robot wont help me the right way

How’d you pay and when did you pay? If you paid by bank it might take some time before the payment is registered.

Do you know how much the past due balance was on the account?
Even if you paid $200, if it did not cover the entire past due balance then the line would be cut off. Have you attempted to create the self serve account since?
It takes 3-5 business days for online bank payments to reach Koodo.
If the $200 covered the entire bill, please restart your phone to see if it connects
