Is this for a postpaid or prepaid account?

Can you pay by online banking?

If it is an international credit card, you will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to register it onto your account. https://Koo.do/Chat

If you're prepaid, the simplest route is to buy a prepaid voucher and apply it, so you don't need a card on file at all.

If you're postpaid: Self Serve accepts Canadian credit cards, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit, and select Visa/Mastercard gift cards — a prepaid Visa/Mastercard gift card bought in Canada can work. You can also pay through your Canadian bank's online bill payment using your Koodo account number. For a foreign card specifically, Self Serve usually won't accept it, so you'd need to contact a rep to have the foreign card registered manually.

I'm not in Canada, won't be back soon, my SIM card is on hold- can't schedule a callback; don't have access to my Canadian bank accounts. I can pay by online banking, but foreign one, so I will need a lot of bank details, which I don't have

You can download an app that can make or receive calls from Canada, such as Fongo, and schedule a callback to that number instead.

If that does not work, you can try to send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter to see if they can help you register your international credit card. https://m.me/Koodo

Can you get a friend or family member to get you a prepaid credit card to use or have them pay for your voucher in store or to pay for your account online?
