Question

Got charged even though I stopped my Postpaid Services Last May

I changed to Postpaid this last June already and I still got charged of $21 for Mobile Service. I would need someone from the Customer Service to refund me because I haven’t used the Postpaid services since I transfered to Prepaid.

I couldn’t ask directly to the chat support anymore since my number isn’t registered on Postpaid anymore so I couldn’t provide any phone number for the Postpaid Account.

Please help and refund my $21, this should have been for the other bills I have.

How did you proceed with cancelling your postpaid account? Did you schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep or port over your number?

Can you provide a screenshot of your bill showing a detailed list of charges? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

@mayurin17

We have looked into it and we can see that the fees are related to the autopay discount that was reversed on the final bill.

  1. If you cancel your service before the last day of your billing cycle, credits that were applied in advance on your previous bill will be removed on your final bill. Applicable credits, discounts and promotional offers are applied only for full months of service. They do not apply to partial billing periods.

For more info, we recommend checking the support article: below and let us know if you have further questions.
