Got charged a Connection fee which was supposed to be waived

The salesperson mentioned they would waive the connection fee when transition from Fido to Koodoo, but the connection fee it is on my bill. What to do now?

Hi @reantogbp, we checked your account and there is a pending connection fee refund credit, you’ll see it on your following bill.

Hello @Georgia Koodo , I have the same issue. Should I create a new thread? I transferred from prepaid to postpaid and the salesperson said the connection fee will be waived but it appears on the bill.
Same for my husband.

Thank you.

Hi @Raffah

So there is a waived connection fee for going from prepaid to postpaid, however it usually shows in the form of a credit.

You will see the connection fees on the first bill but should see a credit for each connection fee appear on the second or third billing cycle as the credits don't normally apply straight away. More information on this can be found in the link below 🙂👍
