I had koodo a couple years ago and switch and never got the final bill come a year later and it is on my credit report, tried calling the collections agency the company deals with and they cannot find the account.. I just wanna pay this and removed feom my credit.. Can someone assist me please

If you do not know the collection agency or they have not contacted you, then I recommend requesting a callback via koodo assist to pay koodo directly or they can direct you to the correct collection agency
