getting charged scab though i don't have an account

Did you ever have an account with Koodo? Are you sure the invoice was from Koodo and not some scam? If you wish, you can post a screenshot (don’t post any personal details) of what you got and hopefully someone can look into that for you!

I did have sn account with koodo.

I canceled with with a representative and got refunded the full amount. (I had made a plan with someone else who falsely advertised the price of the plan)

It is not a scam since the bill is my old  account.

And how did you know Koodo charged you $2?

EDIT: Did you get a new $2 invoice or was this a charge on your credit card or bank account?
