Hello, I just moved into Canada and I stated a temporary address on my account. I have changed address now and I am desirous of downloading a new bill showing my new address. How do I achieve this please?

so I presume you want to update your address on your account so that your billing shows your new permanent address? If that is the case you will need to follow the steps outlined here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-address#
once changed your next bill will show your new address, though if you have already been issued a bill this can’t be changed and you will have to wait until the next one for the address to show. I hope this helps
