Hello, I am new to Kodoo. I received my sim card on 24th May but I am charged from 17th May. I feel it is unfair on my part to pay for the 7 days when services were not accessible because of mailing delay

You would have to contact Koodo directly by scheduling a call back or chat with a rep via Facebook/Twitter messaging. Hopefully they can credit back few days lost for you


@PeeT I see that one of our rep was able to help you out.  Canada Post normally delivers a SIM within 3-4 days to major metropolitan area.  That said, we do make mention of when the service charges are initiated before customers check out on our site:
