My May-June bill says I have roaming charges on May 26, 2026. I was in New Brunswick Canada that day and not in the USA. Please review and revise.

You can submit a request on your Self-Serve account to have a rep review the charge on your bill. They will get back to you within 4 hours. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower. You will need to do this every time you restart your phone. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-how-youll-be-charged-while-travelling

To add: New Brunswick is close enough to the Maine border that your phone can latch onto a US tower and trigger Easy Roam even though you never crossed — that one comes up here a lot.

As well, to keep it from happening again near the border, turn off both cellular data and data roaming, and manually select Koodo in your network list instead of leaving it on automatic. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-how-youll-be-charged-while-travelling
