False roaming charges

My latest bill says I made two 1 minute calls while roaming when I did not. Live on border city but still no calls. Can you please help remove the false charges?

These sound like Easy roaming charges.

To prevent this from happening in the future, when you are near the border, please change your network settings from Automatic to Manual and then select Koodo. Note that you may need to reapply these settings have a phone restart.

Hi ​@Gabs, the 1 minute representation is just a way to signal the Easy Roam was triggered and does not necessarily indicate a call. In this case, the charge was triggered by data usage with no Canadian usage throughout the period. For more details, please check the usage section in your self serve.

The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute them further you can ask for a review of the charges or speak to the Koodo Expert Messaging team via the Koodo Assist
