I switched to another plan, and you promised me a 10 CAD discount monthly after this. But I get the same bill amount still. Why?

Was the $10 discount the auto-pay discount? If so have you set up auto-pay via your bank account and then waited until your next bill comes out?

Yes it was the auto-pay discount? And the auto-pay was already set up on the previous plan.

And to confirm, it’s setup via bank account?

When you check your pdf ebill to see the discount on there but maybe a $10 charge for something else?

When did you change your plan? What is the plan's billing cycle?

In self serve does the plan say it has the auto pay discount feature?

Hi ​@Mikhail76, in order to benefit from the auto-pay discount you have to set up pre-authorized payments via your bank account, not via credit card. Here is a guide to setting up/managing your pre-authorized payments.

I changed my plan 22 March 2026

 billing cycle - monthly

on my Account History page i can see the note: PRICE PLAN CHANGE

all my Invoice amount befor were $62.15

and now the new Invoice amount after PRICE PLAN CHANGE is the same: $62.15

on my Billing page i can see: Pre-authorized Payment Enabled

in SelfServe i have nothing or i dont know how to find it. 

information about the discount was on the website in the Plan Shop section. That's why I changed it.

I wasn't interested in additional data volume because I hadn't used the previous one either, but I was interested in a discount on the plan.

Alan and the rep said you need to have preauthorized payments by BANK. 

 

The rep said you have preauthorized payments by CREDIT CARD setup. 

 

You need to change your preauthorized payment method to get the discount
