I received an extra charge of $13.50 on my first bill payment…. i did. not even have a SIM card yet, as it did not arrive in the mail. Why am i being charged for prorated days of use? the Price is not even consistent with my plan price of $25 a month. This seems like a massive scam, considering i also had to pay $15 for the SIM itself…. combined this is more than what I am suppose to be paying per month.

Good start charging from the day you activated - not from the date you received the SIM card, unfortunately. There was a checkbox that you had to click to confirm this when you ordered. If you use eSIM, that would be avoided.
