EXISTING CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS NOT SHOWING UP ON CHECKOUT

Just signed up for KOODO Internet and Stream+. For us as existing customers, the monthly rate is supposed to be $10/month cheaper for internet (for 24 months with a code) and $3/month cheaper for Stream+ than what we were charged on our credit card. There is no record of the discounted rate on any of our invoices nor did they show up upon checkout. Not sure if they will show up later or what to do about this. Suggestions are appreciated.

Just to double check,have you first signed up for Koodo internet, then after the activation, you logged into self serve and activated Stream+?

Do you have Koodo wireless service?
