event charge

There is a charge on my latest phone bill for $14.99 for an “event” itemized ccsupport.biz.  We have no idea what this is, and it appears to be impossible to talk to anyone from Koodo.  Any idea what this might be for?

    Did you receive anything from 5415? Make sure to respond to the text message to stop the subscription service.

    You’ll also have to contact that 3rd party that billed you for a refund as Koodo is the third party here.

You have subscribed to a Third Party Subscription service called NTH Mobile.  (ccsupport.biz)  They provide customers the ability to purchase mobile subscriptions for a variety of services and have the charges billed directly to their invoices. You would have received a text from 6612.

    Note: The service is provided by NTH Mobile. TELUS/Koodo only simplifies the billing process by allowing charges to appear on their invoice.
