Employee Discount Application - Who to Contact?

Hi,

I’m looking to cancel my application for employee discount so it doesn’t remove the bill credits I currently have on my account. Is there someone I can contact directly to ensure the application doesn’t get processed?

@Dennis  it says on the application credits will be removed if discount is applied

Hello @kevinhuang1_! It’s true that the EPP discount is not stackable with this type of monthly credits. We left special instructions on your account stating that you do not want to get the EPP discount anymore, however we also recommend sending the team an email at the same address you used when you sent the application.
