easy roam fee

I've been charged $48 for easy roam. I haven't left Vancouver island. Please resolve these charges.

When you login to your self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill, do you see the charges on your pdf ebill?  What day was Easy Roam charged for?

 

To prevent this in the future, please change your network settings from Automatic to Manual and then select Koodo

To have the charges reviwed you can actually do this through self serve by following the image below. When you do, it will reviwed within a few hours. Going forward, I suggest turning off roaming and following the suggestions from Dennis above.

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since it was due to accidental roaming.

Also, feel free to check the available  plans in your self serve account, as you might be eligible for a Canada-US plan: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-rate-plan

With a Canada-US plan, there will be no fees for when the phone picks a US tower while near the border,. On top of that, you can use your phone without additional charges in US (some exceptions apply).
