I recently paid for my monthly koodo bill. I was Incorrectly charged $16 for easy roam. Can this be fixed please?

You can submit a request to ask a rep to review the charge on your bill. This can be done on your Self-Serve account. They will get back to you within 4 hours. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower.
